j) Best new foodservice innovation
This Award will recognize an organization or company that has introduced a new service, method or technology, process or application of commercial significance and/or benefit to the food and beverage industry. Entries can be from a brand new service or a re-vamp of an established service.
Within the submission, judges will be looking for evidence of:
- Overview of the service
- Business strategy and positioning of the service within the marketplace
- Demonstration of innovation and creativity of the service
- Evidence of successful marketing, sales and PR communication programmes
- Financial and sales performance against expectations
- Client and brand retention and satisfaction
- Third-party client and stakeholder feedback
