Emirates International Salon Culinaire 2008 – Organised by Emirates Culinary Guild. In 2008, over 1,000 young chefs competed for top honours at the Emirates Salon Culinaire Chefs’ competition, displaying a wide range of skills and techniques for international cooking. The results were evaluated by a panel of 25 renowned experts, all of whom are mandated by WACS to judge culinary events across the globe. Emirates International Salon Culinaire will once again be held alongside Gulfood 2009 and young aspiring Chefs will have the opportunity to show off their culinary skills/knowledge.
