We are currently finalising the topics for discussion and seeking speaker recommendations for the 2014 Gulfood conference, to be held in Dubai on 23-27 February 2014 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

If you are involved in issues, regulations, innovations or the development of food and beverage industry, then we want to hear your ideas!

SUBMIT PROPOSAL **The deadline for submissions is 13 June 2013**

(Your proposal should clearly define the topic, a short description, 150-words summarised biography of the speaker and 3 points on why your abstract should be selected)

The industry program will consist of the following areas of focus:

• Food Security and Investment
• Retail Trends
• Food Safety and Compliance
• Processing and Packaging
• Innovation in Food Production and Processing
• Sustainability
• Food Franchising

Issues currently affecting or that will affect the industry within a year of the show will be given the highest preference as conference topics. Your suggestions are very important to us in drafting an effective conference program.

Please note:  We are not looking for product demonstrations or sales presentations.

P.S. After the reviewing process, only the applicants of the accepted papers will be contacted to be involved in finalising the discussion topics.
