A palm tree in the desert casts shade around it from the scorching sun. An oasis forms around the shade and the palm tree feeds life through it’s date fruit. Civilizations were built around the palm tree. Today, this same fruit, is known as a superfood. We know that few people know the differences between the different types of dates. We wanted to take that knowledge from the farmers who live most of their lives on date farms and bring it to you so you may know the wonderful elements of each type.
