SAUCES ALBERT ADRIÀ
The famous Spanish chef Albert Adrià, owner of several restaurants in Barcelona, such as Tickets and Enigma, has his own line of sauces. It’s a range of "traditional homemade" sauces inspired by traditional dishes created to make "the chef's life easier". The seven-sauce collection includes three sauces inspired by "classic cuisine": alioli, romesco and salsa brava. There are also sauces such as marinera and a sofrito that are inspired by traditional Spanish cuisine. In addition, the range has Japanese influences: Adrià has created its own ponzu and miso sauces. All of this, keeping the quality and essence of traditional sauces.
