SUGGESTED USE Stove top: Place 1/3 cup of dry porridge into a small saucepan then add ¾ cup milk/milk alternative (soy, rice, oat, almond milk) or water. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for 1 – 2 minutes. Microwave: In a large bowl place 1/3 cup of dry porridge and ¾ cup of milk/milk alternative (soy, rice, oat, almond milk) or water. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
