Grapoila cold-pressed seed butters
For the production of Grapoila oils we use the special method of cold-pressing with own developed machinery. Since this is a highly effective, gentle way of obtaining the oil content of seeds, there is no need to use any additives, preservatives or chemicals during the process. Cold-pressing allows all the natural ingredients remain untouched in the created products. Reflecting our environmentally conscious philsophy, Grapoila's special Zero Waste technology means a conctept, where all the created by-products are made use of and further processed, instead of letting them to waste. One of the byproducts during the oil production is the nutritious dry materrial, the pellets, that are milled, sieved and sold as seed flours. Another valuable press residue formig during settling of the oil is the oil mud. This very thick material is worth not to waste: due to its high cold-pressed oil content and the fine microparts of the seeds, it is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and fibre as well as in vegan protein. Grapoila butters have the natural, concentrated taste of the raw nuts, they are delicacies on themself, but they can be further, creatively used in the kitchen. They are great raw materials for fillings and stuffing (bakery products or meat), too. They are 100% natural, has no additives, preservatives, coloring agents. Raw oil butters can be further seasoned and combined by taste when used for baking and cooking. Grapoila seed butters are cerified gluten free products, fitting well and safely in vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and paleolit diets. Organic versions are also available.
