We manually select the coffee beans 6 times, to ensure our notes of caramel, vanilla, honey and sugar cane. From the perfect mixing of the ideal land, the dedication of the farmers¨ handwork, and the respect for the environment, you get as a result higt quality original coffee. The rich water biodiversity, and the warm weather from the providence of Ricaute (Boyaca) make since 1920 Villa Patricia Farm the perfect scenery to produce a red and ripe coffee grain that once is hand picking and carefully treated, acquiers a firm color, sweet caramel aroma and fragance. We have been awarded by the International Taste Institute in Brussels under the certification of Superior Taste Award in the years 2019, 2020 and 2022.
