After the drying process raisins enter de first plant to get selected in different sizes (Midget, Medium, Jumbo). In the second part they are processed to get the highest quality as possible. Process description and other details: - Double washing: rotary and double cascade, avoiding any trace of soil and other foreign matter. - Draining and centrifuging to eliminate residual water. - 2 HELIUS Tomra Best laser scanning equipment to remove foreign - matter of vegetable origin and discolored raisins. - Scanning by Nimbus Tomra Best equipment, guaranteeing quality and homogeneity. - 2 IXUS Tomra Best X-rays ensure product safety prior to final packaging. - Metal detector for finished box. - Pattyn robotic packaging.
