Also known as ikura or red caviar, salmon roe are the most appreciated after sturgeon roe (caviar). More specifically, Spherika Salmon roe are brine-cured wild keta (Oncorhynchus keta) salmon roe (origin: Alaska). Their thin membrane gently bursts on biting to give way to an explosion of delicious marine flavour. Serving suggestions: They are ideal for eating by the spoonful, on toast or appetizers, in mixed salads, Japanese dishes and served with fish. Furthermore, their nutritional attributes are fantastic: salmon roe are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and B12 vitamin. They provide high protein and mineral intake and they also contain A, C, D and E vitamins. Natural ingredients: only roe and salt. Without GMOs and gluten-free. Long shelf life: 12 months after production and 3 days after opening. Storage temperature: 2 ºC to 7 ºC
