100 years after it was founded, Grands Moulins de Paris has a strong focus on making healthier and more socially responsible products, being genuine in our relations, and being mindful of others and society as a whole. This is a result of the choices made by the women & men who work for our Grande Maison They chose a straightforward and honest approach from farm to fork; from how ingredients should be sourced to how bread should taste. They chose to foster their passion for and pride in being a miller, and they undertook to share it with others every day.
