Shredded cheese "Mozzarella" TM Slavia is made on modern equipment from cow's milk with the addition of a starter of lactic acid bacteria, a microbial enzyme preparation and salt. Grated "Mozzarella" TM Slavia is produced in packages weighing 2 kg and is sold frozen. Shredded cheese "Mozzarella" modified with vegetable oil TM Slavia is made on modern equipment from pasteurized cow's milk and milk fat substitute (palm oil) with the addition of salt, ferment of mesophilic lactic acid bacteria, streptococcus thermophilus and Bulgarian bacillus, microbial enzyme preparation. The fat composition in this product consists of 50% milk fat and 50% vegetable fat. Grated product "Mozzarella" is produced in packages of 2 kg and is sold frozen.
