As it gels quiùckly, it is easy to make all kinds of inserts, cuttable at -20°C, in just a few steps, following our recipe book, and to encapsulate liquids and creams of all kinds in no time. Mamma è Mia can also be used for transferring images on wafer, ganache, for decorations on silicon moulds, aspic, on culinary dishes and savoury pastry.
