Nutria presents 2 limited edition products: 1.IONIS EARLY HARVEST Early Harvest or “agourelaio” (agouro=unripe + elaio=olive oil) as it is called in Greek. We carefully collect the first, unripe, green olive fruits of the harvesting season, and we immediately bottle their precious olive juice, to preserve its nutritional value. Early Harvest olive oil has an intense flavor and bright green color due to the chlorophylls of unripe olives. 2.IONIS SINGLE ESTATE Single Estate is an extra virgin olive oil produced exclusively from Nutria’s linear-growing olive trees in Agios Konstantinos Lokrida. Its name expressly states the exclusivity of the olive trees, originating from this particular site. This allows us to have the sole responsibility for quality control from the beginning to the end of production. The Nutria Estate is certi?ed for organic olive oil production. The olive oil we produce, in addition to its high quality, is free of pesticides, insecticides and herbicides. The result is a high nutritional value olive oil, with a bright green-yellow color, and a distinguishing spicy ?avor. Both of them in a special, luxurious gift-box!
