Our main field of specialization is still cakes and pastry but biscuits have become quite a big thing the last year. Therefore we decided that we will be debuting our new product line of biscuits and at the same time representing bakers from a small but yet very proud Republic of Chechnya at GulFood 2023. We are coming to share that little which we have learned during these last 6 years and to learn from you.
