Azcôa Bio & PDO extra virgin olive oil
Produced from olive trees between the vineyards of Douro Valley, In Trás-os-Montes (Portugal), Azcoa Extra Virgin Olive Oil has Protected Designation of Origin (in Portuguese D.O.P.). Inserted in a special Mediterranean type climate, characterized by a sharp temperature variation, cold winters, hot summers, low rainfall throughout the year and high topography. Azcoa extra virgin olive oil, is characterized by a nutty flavour, followed by an intense flavour of fresh olives and green fields. In the end we are surprised by a spicy note, in the throat, but not bitter in the mouth.
