We select, pick and squeeze mandarins from our owned gardens or from selected and contracted farmers. We squeeze only mandarins from Chios variety which is the most aromatic variety and it is officially recognized by the EU as a product of Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). We squeeze only the volume we need, so our Mandarin Juice comes only from current season’s crop and our Consumers to always enjoy a freshly squeezed product. We pasteurize it slightly and then immediately seal it with sterile, high tech, aluminum storage containers. It’s then refrigerated until it’s ready to be packaged. We choose to pack our juice in the most reliable ultra-modern Tetra Gemina® aseptic packaging as it is used for high valued dairy and juice products all over the world. In essence, the straight from the grove fresh juice we squeeze, is the juice you drink.
