Curtice Brothers 7 Sweet Chilli Sauce
In our new interpretation of the Asian Sweet Chilli Sauce, which is typically used as a dip or marinade, the 7 chilli varieties give our sauce its mild but complex spiciness. We substitute about half of the usually high sugar content of other sauces with Italian tomatoes, which give the sauce its smooth consistency. If you use our Sweet 7 Chilli Sauce as a marinade on grilled food or with roasted meat, the coarsely cut garlic develops wonderful roasted aromas when exposed to heat.
