Dates Deglet Nour
Nicknamed "finger of light", the Deglet Nour date is golden and amber in color, sweet and fragrant. Its taste is unique. Considered as the queen variety, it is mostly marketed in its natural state, still branched on the twig but you can find it in loose, pitted in punnets or in paste. The Deglet Nour is an extremely soft date. Its flesh is tender and fragrant and its taste is sweet. Its very thin skin makes it particularly melting in the mouth.
