Extra virgin olive oil from olive pulp
This extra virgin olive oil is extracted from the olive pulp and is also known as pitted oil. It is a very high quality product. The pulp of the olives comes exclusively from central Sicily and the Nocellara del Belice variety. Oil is cold extracted in a controlled atmosphere and then decanted. This oil is characterized by a very high density and a very intense yellow-gold tint. Its flavor is delicately spicy and floral, enriched by a faint hint of olive and softened by a marked creaminess.
