EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL P.D.O. " COLLINE SALERNITANE"
Stilla extra virgin olive oil D.O.P. “Salernitane Hills” is produced by pressing only olives coming from the hilly area of 87 communes in the province of Salerno, which stretches from Positano to Paestum.All production steps (from plant to bottle) strictly complies with the D.O.P. guideline requirements. It comes from autochthonous varieties of olives such as Rotondella, Frantoio, Carpellese and Nostrale (65% at least), Ogliarola and Leccino (35% at most), and/or other local varieties (20% at most). With its fruity and balanced taste, Stilla D.O.P. is indicated for all uses in kitchen, especially to dress raw dishes.
