One of the popular ways to drink coconut juice in Thailand is to roast it over a fire. The technique is to cut off the outer husk as much as possible and place the coconut in the coals until it is roasted all over. This technique of roasting coconut gives off a unique aroma and a much richer taste to the coconut juice. After several years of R&D, we have managed to perfect the taste and technique.
