Mazafati Dates
Mazafati dates are the tastiest dates in Iran. They are black to dark brown, with a thin skin. Their most important features compared to other dates is that they are juicy. Mazafati dates are not classified as dried fruits, since they have a relatively high moisture content, and, should be kept at a temperature range of between -5 and 5 °C.
