This 100% out of fruit juice Pomegranate syrup is of the finest quality. It is produced from freshly squeezed pomegranates (75%) and grape must without any other ingredients. Perfectly ripe pomegranates are hand harvested and transported to our workshop. There they are sorted and squeezed the same day together with some of our island’s best grapes. The juice is then transferred into big pots over a low fire. It is slowly boiled until the excess water has evaporated and the delicious natural pomegranate syrup is produced.
