Our olives are milled literally minutes after hand harvesting. Time (from harvest to extraction) and hand picking, ensure the premium quality we are proud to offer in this light-tight tin. The low acidity of our organic olive oil, which can be as low as 0.2% and will never exceed 0.6%, it’s a clear indication of its superior quality and freshness.
