It is one of the healthiest foods: antioxidant, antiseptic, anti inflammatory, it can prevent cancer and relieve joint pain. It can even be used instead of certain anti inflammatory drugs with side effects that are sometimes harmful to the body. It can be enjoyed is soup, sauce with meat and fish, salad of vegetables and can even be incorporated into a drink.
