RBD PALM STEARIN
Refined bleached and deodorized palm stearin is a palm oil by-product obtained by “dry fractionation”, it is typically enriched in fats derived from oleic acid. The physical characteristics of palm stearin differ significantly from those of palm oil and it is available in a wider range of melting points and iodine values. Palm stearin had wide range of application. It stand for a most recognized capability as a hardening agent to play a role as fully natural hard fat component for food applications products such as shortening and pastry and bakery margarine. On top of that palm stearin is widely used in the industry of manufacturing soap and candles.
