As a confirmed exhibitor, this is your opportunity to build your profile and promote your presence through the shows’ website and printed catalogue.
Please use the menu navigation bar on the left side to start completing your entry.
Please note that the Show Catalogue entry is MANDATORY for your participation to be included in the printed show catalogue.
Please complete this section latest by 18 January 2018. If you submit your entry after this deadline, it will not be available in the print catalogue and all printed listings.
When selecting your product categories, please keep in mind that the product categories you select here will appear exactly in the same way on the printed show catalogue, online website listings, mobile app and everywhere else where exhibitor listings appear. We, as organisers, DO NOT check or edit these product categories once you select them, and will not accept responsibility for any errors. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to correctly select the product categories here and no refunds will be made if a wrong selection is done.
Please select a minimum of 1 product category.
If you are a Halal exhibitor please ensure you upload a copy of your certificate. Only entries with a completed certificate will appear on the Halal exhibitor list.
Please note that exhibitors who do not upload a valid Halal certificate to the E-Zone will not be included in the show’s Halal list of exhibitors and will not appear in any of the show’s associated Halal listings. Please be sure to both answer this mandatory question in the E-Zone and upload your valid Halal certificate to be included as part of the Halal exhibitors of Gulfood.

Such companies or titles are NOT associated in any way with Gulfood or DWTC.
Sadly, we have seen such practices in our industry for some years. These companies provide legitimate exhibition guides aimed at exhibitors across the globe, offering online listing services. They use a form which resembles an organiser’s free catalogue listing service, inviting exhibitors to complete the form for an entry in an on-line directory. Unsuspecting exhibitors who sign and return the form are then contracted into a three-year, non-retractable agreement, which could cost the exhibitor a significant amount of money, with very limited foreseeable benefits. In reality, the details are often available on the form itself, but are often too small and insignificant to be noticed. It is always wise to read all the small print before signing a contract, and if the information is impossible to read then the contract should not be signed.
Our industry association has provided some good reference materials on the subject – do take a look at
UFI’s advice is to SIMPLY IGNORE said companies.
