Bao Bun is known as a pork belly bun which is a popular snack in Taiwan. And nowadyas, it is getting famous product worldwide. There have been many new trendy "bao bun" which incorporate pan-Asian fusion or non-Chinese fillings between the lotus leaf buns, such as kimchi or karaage.  Or even wrapped with ice cream to be as dessert.
