LIQUID EGG PRODUCTS OVOSTAR™
We are happy to present our recently developed products. The liquid eggs in well-designed eco-friendly carton packaging are practical solutions for professional kitchens in the foodservice. The product line consists of two base options: Whole Eggs and Egg Whites. The product list might be enlarged by Egg Yolk on request. The product could be supplied in a chill or frozen state. The liquid egg products are produced from fresh eggs originated at Ovostar Union’s poultry farms through the controlled process of breaking, separation if it is required, homogenization, and pasteurization of the final product. The liquid Whole Egg is an excellent egg substitute that makes the cooking process simple and effective, the equivalent of 20 hen eggs per 1 kg. The liquid Egg White, produced by Albuchecker technology, excludes any yolk impurities. Originated from fresh hen eggs, it is a real source of a natural protein, rich in amino acids. It has zero-fat and zero-cholesterol. The product is well-convenient for bakery, confectionery, and other food processing fields. Storage: Frozen: at - 18°C max.12 months from the production date. Chilled (with preservative): at 0° to + 4°C – 90 days.
