Our gelato mixes are very easy to use, as you just need to pour it into the gelato machine and wait for some minutes to have your Italian gelato ready. You do not have to add anything, which is why you can proudly say, wherever you are, that the result is a 100% Italian gelato. LA RICETTA DEL GELATO DI PA' can be stored at room temperature (not exceeding 25°C) until its opening. It has a shelf-life of 12 months.
