The Association has over 800 member companies active in the fields of fishery, poultry, eggs, dairy products and honey. Aegean region, thanks to its geographical location and the advanced technological capabilities, is very suitable to grow aqua and animal products. Qualities produced meet the specifications of the importing countries with continuous investments by exporters to improve qualities even better. Aegean Fishery and Animal Products Exporters Association have a 40 percent share in Türkiye's total fishery and animal products export, with 1,6 billion dollars export volume in 2022.
