Our company was born as the result of a research project carried out by GMF designed for the diversification and the efficient use of the pulp of the carob fruit. In this way, we divulge the great nutritional benefits of this product, as well as the environmental advantages of Carob sustainable growth in the desert areas of the Mediterranean and contribute to fight against climate change.
