The Export Promotion Agency was established in accordance with the President Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-4069 dated December 20, 2018. "On measures to strengthen exports promotion", its main objectives are informational and analytical support for export activities, as well as financial support for export activities. The Export Promotion Agency is the state institute for the support of non-commodity exports, which provides the Uzbek exporters with a wide range of financial and non-financial support measures to increase the competitiveness of domestic products on the world market and address existing export barriers in foreign trade. Currently, the Agency implements such projects as “Made in Uzbekistan” to promote the brand “Made in Uzbekistan”, “National Electronic Commerce System of Uzbekistan” (“NETP”), and also develops and implements state programs for the development of exports of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The functions of the Agency include a full range of services to support businesses engaged in export activities, namely: • Implementation of informational and consulting support to exporters and conducting in-depth marketing analyzes to identify promising sales markets; • Maintenance of the electronic foreign trade platform with the maintenance of a database of domestic exporters and assistance in their access to the leading international e-commerce sites; • Organization of educational seminars and trainings for exporters, trade missions for entrepreneurs in foreign countries on foreign trade issues; • Implementation of the “Made in Uzbekistan” program to promote Uzbek brands and products abroad, including through the annual national exhibition “Made in Uzbekistan”, industry and regional exhibitions and fairs of goods, as well as the participation of domestic entrepreneurs in international exhibitions and presentations;
