Jacobs Jam Company is a jam manufacturer, located in the picturesque and fruitful Ceres valley in the Western Cape of South Africa, a mere 140 km north-east of Cape Town. Our family business is passionately driven by young entrepreneurs Christynn and Nigel Jacobs, who collectively have more than 25 years’ experience in the local and international FMCG and agro-processing industries. Christynn, a Food Technologist, is the heart of the business, having created our special and unique recipes from scratch in her kitchen while systematically upscaling to a commercial factory. Her background includes developing and maintaining food products, as well as Food Safety Management Systems for some of the best known household brands in South Africa.
