Grami Superfoods, so much more than simple nutrition Grami Superfoods is not your every day healthy food company. Grami Superfoods is so much more than that. Founded by a couple with a vision to reduce the increase in nutritional deficiency in their homeland, led them to leave the US and their high powered jobs in Microsoft and Amazon and return to India to connect with their traditional roots. Both Jay Kumar and Kappu Jaykumar are filled with passion and when presented with a problem, they take action and believe in coming up with solutions that not only fix the current situation but also prevent it from continuing. They are personally invested in raising people’s standards of living. The rising nutrient deficiency in children particulary disturbed them. Leaving their technological backgrounds behind them, they realized the importance of traditional Indian ingredients like millets could be the solution and Grami Superfood was born. The journey begins This couple-owned food brand began as a journey to source ancient foods that nourish and heal the mind, body, and spirit. It is a journey that took them back to the origins of healthy living. They let the organic and pure ingredients speak for themselves – they have found the way to assist nature with what it does best – bringing healing to all. This dedicated couple have put their heart and soul into their business and will let nothing stand in the way of uplifting children in India through nutrition. Their journey is not finished, the road to success stands in front of them and the more people who join them on this road, the more children will be helped. The spirit stands firm in the belief that the un comprised quality of their ingredients will benefit all.
