Today, we have 38 years of experience in fermentation (vinegars) and 15 years of experience in emulsions (sauces), but we believe that this translates into something much bigger. We produce over 1700 SKUs in our factory today, which are the result of the knowledge acquired in the thousands of projects we have undertaken, and the accumulated experience of selling and making products for many civilisations and cultures. Innovation is in our DNA. That is why we created a R&D department 15 years ago and why we are one of the first food industry companies in Portugal that obtained certification in this area. Our constant quest to do things differently gave rise to the recent creation of the Future Centre, a team entirely focused on exploring our relationship with the world without worrying about day-to-day tasks. Innovation is our watchword and what we strive for every day. We are permanently on the lookout for new global market trends, and our quest for innovation can lead to a new product, packaging or ways of doing business.
