Casa Radicci is a private dairy company specialized in Mozzarella, Burrata, Stracciatella, Ricotta and many other italian fine cheese produced with 100% italian milk in our factory located in the North-west of Italy, near Turin city. We produce and supply both Frozen and Chilled cheese. For over 50 years we have been inspired by passion, family, a sense of responsibility and dialogue.
From generation to generation we hand down all the knowledge and art of cheese making to preserve the best of the past and exploit the innovation of the future. In our factory in Lauriano (Turin), the art of master cheesemakers meets the most advanced technology and the ancient tradition of Apulian cheese-making is combined with excellent Piedmontese raw milk. Our added value is, in fact, our deep connection with the territory and a total control of the entire production and supply chain.
