Located in Normandy, ISIGNY SAINTE MERE benefits from an exceptional territory which allow the production of milk of a unique quality. More than 650 farmers are gathered in our Normandy countryside which offers a pastureland of rare quality.
The production is conducted on 2 sites : in Isigny-sur-Mer for Butter, Cream, Cheeses (Pont l’Évêque, Bries) and Infant Milk Formula, and in Chef-du-Pont for Mimolette and fresh cheeses.
