İtimat Dairy Products established in 1949. Operates two factories and the long term supplier of big global chains. Factory in Bursa produces over 100 various types of high quality dairy products. Other factory in Aydin produces shredded Mozzarella cheese (animal based). The daily production capacity adds up to approximately 500 tons of milk. İtimat supplies its raw milk from its own dairy farms (3.500 cows with milk production of 50 tons.)
