Frozen Lady's Finger
We collect fresh green Ladies Finger from a group of approved and exclusive suppliers who operate under established quality assurance programs that comply with international food safety standards. Upon receipt, the raw materials are immediately transported to our processing facility using company-owned refrigerated vehicles. Third-party transporters are not used, as they often lack the proper facilities to maintain the required core temperature.
During transportation, a consistent temperature of –18°C is strictly maintained to ensure product freshness and to prevent microbial growth. All processing operations are conducted at our own certified plant, where products undergo automated washing and cleaning using hygienic, food-grade machinery.
These controlled measures guarantee that every batch of green Ladies finger are safe, hygienically processed, and ready to cook, fully meeting both domestic and international food safety requirements
