Innovations in Frozen F&B

Following a cold spell, sales of frozen food have been gradually on-the-up since 2017 according to US research by EMI. Thanks to much needed upgrades in quality, taste, labelling and packaging, frozen food can be seen acquiring ‘cool’ status among time poor millennials and other consumer demographics who are conscious about price and food waste. 

At Gulfood, recent frozen launches from Kellogg and Pinnacle Foods will be showcased by CPT International.  Meanwhile heavyweights Conagra and Tyson Foods (who each generate more than a third of their revenues from the frozen category) will be demonstrating what they are doing to stay ahead in this competitive space.
