Alena Kavalchuk is a Dubai-based Supply Chain Director and sustainable food logistics strategist with more than 18 years of experience building and transforming complex networks across Eastern Europe and the Middle East. She has led end-to-end operations and large-scale change programs for global brands such as Danone and Carlsberg, Big 4 consulting clients, and one of the UAE’s major retail groups, covering everything from demand planning and production to warehousing, last-mile delivery, and 3PL ecosystems.
