Alessandro Miceli is a veteran with 30 years of experience in the F&B industry. At the age of 10, he started cooking for his younger brother, with his parents, and working hard in the farmlands of Syracuse. That love for feeding his friends and family has stayed with him and carries through to his menu at Bella.
Before moving to Dubai, he spent time in London, working at the Dutch embassy and the Metropolitan Hotel before taking over popular Italian restaurants San Marco and Piccolino.
