Cirjanic realized his passion for cooking after he made ‘spaghetti bolognese’ when he was just 11 years old.Bringing a wealth of experience, Cirjanic has worked in the UAE since 2013 and has previously worked at Table 9 by Nick and Scott before becoming part of the opening team at folly where he stayed from 2016 to now. The authenticity and simplicity reflects in his dishes, and the exquisite taste is loved by all tourists and residents.
Recognised in Dubai’s first ever Michelin Guide and receiving the Bib Gourmand award, the restaurant has achieved a lot in 2022. Folly was also awarded two toques in the first Gault & Millau UAE guide, one of the world’s most established and widely respected food critique brands, and featured in the 50 Best Discovery guide. The food at folly, prepared by Chef Bojan is driven by experience and creativity, with a strong focus on flavor and a commitment to sourcing high-quality produce. Contemporary, ingredient-led dishes are executed with skill and finesse and guests are encouraged to create their own tasting menu for a truly personal dining experience.
