Chef De Cuisine , Dinner by Heston Blumenthal

Early in his career, Chef Chris Malone spent time in some of the finest restaurants in Australia, including the two-hat Clarke's of Northbeach, Balthazar, and New Normal in Perth, whilst also winning several national and international medals in culinary competitions. 

He went on to play crucial roles in the three-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park in New York, and Brook at Claridge's in London and Dubai's underwater restaurant Ossiano, which gained a Michelin star. With 15 years of global experience, Chris leads a talented team of 32 at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations.
