Chef Daniele Sperindio began his culinary journey at the young age of 13 in his hometown Genoa, Italy. He cultivated his skills at the Professional Institute Marco Polo and worked at numerous restaurants in the region before moving to Paris and Monte Carlo. Throughout his culinary career, Chef Daniele trained under some of the world’s top chefs, such as Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa of 2 Michelin-starred restaurant Narisawa in Tokyo, and Chef Grant Achatz from the acclaimed 3 Michelin-starred restaurant Alinea in Chicago.
During his time in Singapore, he has been nominated for several awards “Rising Chef of the year”, “Chef of the year”, “Chefs’ Choice” and “Corporate Chef of the year” at the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence.In 2018, Chef Daniele joined the opening team of the award-winning ATLAS bar in Singapore as Executive Chef in charge of developing and leading the culinary program. During which, Atlas managed to reach several global milestones, like the ranking of 8th at the World’s 50 Best Bars. For Daniele Sperindio of newly minted MICHELIN-Starred restaurant Art, Italian food is his personal canvas for telling his story to the world.
