Dr. Nizami Imamverdiyev is an Economic Researcher at Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In his current role, Dr. Nizami conducts analysis on trade and investment opportunities between UAE and global markets. He develops and delivers informative presentations on key trends and market opportunities across various economic sectors, which are featured as international business events hosted in Dubai, such as Gulfood. Prior to joining Dubai Chamber, Dr. Nizami worked as a researcher at Martin Luther University and the German Agricultural Institution IAMO where prepared analysis on food industries within developing countries. His articles on the topic have been published in peer reviewed journals. Dr. Nizami holds a PhD in Economics from Martin Luther University in Germany and Master's Degree in European Economic Integration and Business from College of Europe in Belgium.
