Head, Food Safety Organization

Dr. Saeed Ahmed Hama is the Head of the Food Safety Organization in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and a Certified International Food Safety Auditor (2024). His expertise includes chemical residue monitoring, food hygiene rating systems, labeling, nutritional assessment, and food inspection. He has conducted research and training in food safety regulations, contamination control, and import risk analysis, ensuring food products meet regulatory and consumer safety standards.

Dr. Saeed Ahmed Hama is a registered IRCA and CQI international auditor, an FSMS Lead Auditor, and a member of the Australian Food Safety Institute.
