Venturing into the world of hospitality at the young age of 14, Francesco Bagnato enrolled in Ipssara Enrico Gagliardi, the hotelier management school in Valentia where he first cultivated his knowledge of the industry. His gastronomical journey in Italy led him from Valentia, to Verona, Venice, and the Island of San Clemente, before moving to Dubai in 2017.
In 2021 and 2022, Chef Francesco was recognized consecutively in Caterer Middle East's 30 Under 30 Best Chefs list, a true testament to his impressive creations.
